TA7 alloy is a medium-strength α-type titanium alloy that cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It is usually used in the annealed state and has good fracture toughness at room temperature and high temperature. The alloy has good welding properties and is suitable for tungsten electrode and metal electrode welding processes under inert gas protection. It can be used to manufacture parts such as receiver casings and wall panels. The alloy's long-term working temperature can reach 500°C, and its short-term working temperature can reach 800°C. TATELI alloys with low interstitial impurity elements are suitable for use at low temperatures. The semi-finished products produced include plates, bars, cakes and rings, etc., which can also be used to produce castings.

Gr9 titanium alloy is a low-alloyed near-α titanium alloy. The alloy has good cold formability and welding performance. The room temperature strength is 20%~50% higher than that of industrial pure titanium. It has good resistance in many media. Corrosion resistance. Therefore, Gr9 titanium alloy has become the most ideal material for making high-pressure resistant lightweight ducts on aircraft due to its excellent comprehensive properties.

Same composition as Grade 7 except impurity limits. 0.2% Pd added for corrosion resistance, very effective for improving crevice corrosion at elevated temperatures and where in contact with mildly reducing or variable oxidizing-reducing media. Properties are very similar to Ti Grade 1 because the addition of small amount of Pd does not significantly change microstructure.

Titanium Grades 1,2,3,4,7,11,and 12 are all considered unalloyed and have similar mechanical properties.
