    TC4 alloy is a medium strength A-B two-phase titanium alloy containing 6% a stable element AI and 4% B stable element V. The alloy has excellent comprehensive properties and has been widely used in aerospace industry. The long-term operating temperature of the alloy can reach 400℃. It is mainly used in the aviation industry to manufacture engine fans and compressor discs and blades, as well as important load-bearing components such as beams, joints and bulkheads in aircraft structures. The main semi-finished products of TC4 titanium alloy are bars, forgings, thick plates, sheets, profiles and wires. The alloy is mainly used for annealing state, and can also be strengthened to a certain extent by solution aging treatment, but the quenched section is generally not more than 25mm. The alloy has good process plasticity and superplasticity and is suitable for various pressure forming. The alloy can also be welded and machined in various ways.
