TC4 alloy is a medium strength A-B two-phase titanium alloy containing 6% a stable element AI and 4% B stable element V. The alloy has excellent comprehensive properties and has been widely used in aerospace industry. The long-term operating temperature of the alloy can reach 400℃. It is mainly used in the aviation industry to manufacture engine fans and compressor discs and blades, as well as important load-bearing components such as beams, joints and bulkheads in aircraft structures. The main semi-finished products of TC4 titanium alloy are bars, forgings, thick plates, sheets, profiles and wires. The alloy is mainly used for annealing state, and can also be strengthened to a certain extent by solution aging treatment, but the quenched section is generally not more than 25mm. The alloy has good process plasticity and superplasticity and is suitable for various pressure forming. The alloy can also be welded and machined in various ways.

TA1 is an α-type titanium alloy and is an industrial pure titanium alloy. TA1 has high strength, low density, excellent corrosion resistance and toughness. Its tensile strength is between 350-550MPa. It has good plasticity and is easy to process, shape and weld.

TA5 titanium alloy, also known as α-type titanium alloy (Ti-4Al-0.005B), is a single-phase alloy composed of α-phase solid solution. It always maintains the α phase structure at general temperatures and higher practical application temperatures, so it has stable organizational properties. Compared with pure titanium, TA5 titanium alloy has higher wear resistance and oxidation resistance. In the temperature range of 500℃~600℃, it still maintains its strength and creep resistance, but its strength cannot be increased through heat treatment. However, it should be noted that the strength of TA5 titanium alloy is not very high at room temperature.

TA2 titanium alloy, also known as commercially pure titanium (CP Titanium), is a very common titanium alloy material. It is mainly composed of titanium with a purity of more than 99.5%, and the rest is a small amount of impurity elements such as oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, iron, etc.

Pure titanium TA3 has the characteristics of high specific strength, low density (4.51KG/m3) and high melting point (1660℃). As one of the α-type titanium alloys, TA3 is an industrially pure titanium alloy.
TA3 titanium alloy is mainly used to manufacture parts with operating temperatures below 360 degrees. These parts are not strong but require high plasticity, such as aircraft frames and skins, engine accessories, ship corrosion-resistant pipes, valves and pumps, etc. In addition, TA3 titanium alloy can also be used in parts of seawater desalination systems, heat exchangers, pump bodies, distillation towers, coolers, agitators, tees, impellers, fasteners, ion pumps, and compressors in chemical equipment. Air valves and diesel engine pistons, connecting rods, leaf springs, etc.
